Public Notice: Stage One (1) Water Restriction Information

As of April 15, 2024, Stage One (1) Water Restrictions are in effect for residents on the Town of Smithers water system.
What does this mean for residents?
Lawn watering is permitted for even numbered properties on even numbered calendar days, and odd numbered properties on odd numbered calendar days.
Water Restrictions are established under Bylaw No. 1811 – Water Restrictions to promote responsible water use and to protect the Town’s water supply.
