Eligibility:Refunds and amendments to your reservation can be made up to 3 days in advance of your stay. This means that this form must be submitted a minimum of 72 hours before your reservation begins.Refunds will not be considered for unsatisfactory park conditions, including but not limited to inclement weather, interactions with wildlife of any kind, minor flooding, or fire bans, unless there is park closure in effect. A refund request may be granted if there is a park closure in effect. No shows forfeit all fees, as well as evicted campers.Our team will not review or respond to refund requests that are clearly not grounds for a refund, or fall outside of our refund policy.
